Transforming Lives a Cup of Cold Water at a Time

Our team regularly serves and supports life-transforming ministries in Central America and Asia.

Regularly Recurring Projects

Medical Clinic

A free medical clinic in El Banano, Honduras, gives people in the community access to good medical care, which can be the difference between life and death for someone needing first aid or antibiotics.

Feeding Families

Many families cannot afford food, and even more cannot afford to feed their children the protein they need to grow. Several ACOCW churches run regular feeding programs to families in the community, ensuring that parents and children don’t go without food.

ACOCW Schools

Schools are a cornerstone for every community and offer hope for children to escape poverty and give opportunities their parents may not have had. Our schools help ensure children in the community are educated and fed, and offer a safe place for children to thrive.

Crusades

The Gospel is the cornerstone of ACOCW ministries and crusades have been the “first touch” for all the communities we serve. They give us a platform to share the Gospel and access to people in the community to serve.

Empowering Women in Asia

ACOCW Ministries in Asia helps provide sustainability for women and their families through sewing classes and teaching them how to sell their own products. This offers stability and security for them and their families.

Feeding Children & Orphans

The most vulnerable people in the world are children and orphans. Food insecurity is a regular experience for these children, and ACOCW churches offer regular feeding programs for children in Latin America and Asia.

Support a Project

Help us continue to serve, support, and empower communities in Latin America and Asia.

Current Projects

Make it stand out.

  • Lindale Shalom Community Road is now Completed

We are in the planning stages of building a road in the Shalom Community in Honduras, giving people better access to the community and providing a drainage system, making life safer for residents.

To support this effort, specify “Lindale” with your tax-deductible donation.

  • Tents for Homeless

Shelter is a basic human need, and our tent project is a response to a growing need of people experiencing homelessness in Houston and around the world. Shelter is a first step for someone coming out of homelessness.

  • Farming Project

The church in El Banano, Honduras is a cornerstone of the community and provides regular meals, safety, and hope for people. Equipping Farmers inc. is training the people to become food secure and financially stable in such a way that the church can support itself.

  • Rebuilding Men's Rehab

Substance abuse is commonplace in impoverished areas, and in El Salvador, a men’s recovery program is restoring families. Their greatest need is a new facility. The present building is unsafe and in need of complete restoration.
